By using the Website or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services
Eleve Smart designs, sells, and installs residential technology, including home automation, lighting control, audio/video, networking, and security systems. Specific projects are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. Information on the Website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments
Quotes are estimates valid for the period stated in the proposal. Prices, deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are set out in each proposal or agreement.

4. Warranties
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Any workmanship warranty provided by Eleve Smart is described in your project agreement. Except as stated there, the Website and services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Eleve Smart, your participation is governed by our SMS Terms at https://www.elevesmart.com/privacy-sms#sms-terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms at https://www.elevesmart.com/privacy-sms. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to 4TINN LLC dba Eleve Smart or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleve Smart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
